How to use a single flower essence remedy

Take 2 drops directly on your tongue or add to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed. Can be taken throughout the day.

How to use multiple flower essence remedies

First, make your personal blend: Add 2 drops of each remedy (up to a maximum of 7) to a mixing bottle containing spring water. This is now your personal blend. Take 4 drops of your personal blend a minimum of 4 times a day. For a preservative, a teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added to your personal blend. (Mixing bottles are available where Bach® Original Flower Remedies are sold.)

Remember, if pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.

All Bach® Original Flower Remedies contain alcohol as a preservative and therefore may be unsuitable for some people.
