How To Make Your Personalized Blend
This focus kit has 3 flower remedies that can be taken individually, combined together or mixed with other Bach® remedies to create a personal blend that works in harmony with your body.
- Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach® 30mL mixing bottle sold separately).
- Add 2 drops of each remedy to the mixing bottle. Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.
- Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.
How To Take An Individual Remedy
Take 2 drops directly on the tongue or add to a beverage and sip. For best results, repeat 4 times a day.
