This full set has 38 Bach® remedies and 2 Rescue Remedy® bottles that can be taken individually or can be mixed together to create a personal blend that works in harmony with your body.
- Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach® 30ml mixing bottle sold separately).
- Add 2 drops of each remedy (4 drops of RescueRemedy®) to the mixing bottle. Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.
- Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day
How To Take An Individual Remed
Take 2 drops directly on the tongue or add to a beverage and sip. For best results, repeat 4 times a day.
