To preserve Bach® Original Flowers, grape alcohol is used according to the original method used in 1936.
It serves as a preservative to ensure the longevity of the flower essences. However, when diluted in water, the alcohol content becomes minimal.
If you are concerned about the smell of alcohol we suggest you dilute 2 drops in half a glass of water or in half a glass of another drink of your choice (which can also be a hot drink, such as herbal tea, rooibos or tea, in order to evaporate the alcohol) or prepare your flower, in a bottle in 30ml of water.
The effects can be perceived differently depending on the individual.
Some people notice them quickly, in a few hours, while others notice changes after several days of continuous use. (To help you discover yourself better with the accompaniment of flower elixirs, you can write down in a dedicated notebook, the day and the reasons for your choice of flowers. By writing throughout the experience, the way you react to events, you will thus have a tangible benchmark on the speed of action in your daily life.)
