Suggested Use
To get the most out of Spatone®, it is best to take on an empty stomach. Drink directly from the sachet or mix with water or juice high in vitamin C to help increase iron absorption.
- Adults & children ages 4+, take 1 sachet daily.
- Pregnant women, take 1 sachet twice per day.
Do not exceed recommended dose. Talk to your health care practitioner before using Spatone® if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition.
